Catalog Course Description
The objective of the course is to introduce basic experimental methods in nanoscience. Theoretical lectures are followed by experiments performed in the laboratory for each subject. Growth and bottom up fabrication of nanostructures, fabrication of nanostructures and nanodevices, electron beam lithography and related techniques, cryogenic techniques, electrical characterization of nanodevices, quantum transport and magneto transport measurements.
